EXPERIENCED JUNIOR ELECTRICIAN POSITION for immediate start:

We’re looking for an Experienced Junior Electrician Helper/Apprentice who’s eager to learn, grow, and develop into a skilled professional while helping us deliver excellent quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction on every job.

Full or Part Time hours available.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist electricians with residential electrical installations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance.

• Gain hands-on experience with modern technologies like smart home systems and EV charger installations

• Learn how to diagnose issues, perform safe repairs, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards

• Support in maintaining accurate job details and communicating effectively with customers and teammates

• Commit to working with kindness, respect, professionalism, cleanliness and tactical precision

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of full time experience in residential electrical field with the ability to demonstrate your skills

• A genuine interest in the electrical trade, eagerness and ability to learn and take direction

• Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, ladders, and basic electrical testing equipment

• Ability to read and follow basic electrical plans, diagrams, and verbal instructions

• Ability to perform work in occupied residential homes, maintaining professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for clients’ property

• Assist with rough and finish work, including wiring, device installation, panel work, and troubleshooting under supervision

• Comfortable performing physical labor

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and job-site environments

• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in confined spaces such as basements, attics, and crawl spaces

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades

• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to comply with all company policies and applicable labor and safety regulations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious mindset

• Valid driver’s license and clean, insurable driving record

• A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

• Strong basic understanding of electrical principles, standard electrician tools & safety

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
